Kushal founded Swordfish Services, a boutique strategy and implementation consulting firm in 2008 and has over 30 years of industry experience in setting up and managing companies.

He has expertise in Strategic Management, Operations, Sales and business development. Kushal has held board level positions for over 8 years both in India and in the UK. Prior to founding Swordfish, Kushal has been Managing Director of Serco Global Services (a subsidiary of Serco PLC, setup to provide IT and BPO services to the group’s worldwide businesses), MD and CEO of iServ (an Escorts Group Company engaged in Data Communications) and has held different leadership positions in companies such as Cisco, RPG Group (in their Telecom Division), L&T and Nicco (in their Electrical Divisions).
